The Hunter Lounge is a fully licensed and versatile venue located on Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University's Kelburn campus.
During university trimesters, we are a campus hotspot, serving students, staff, and guests with delicious pizza and burgers, alongside famously low drink prices. It's the perfect place to grab a bite, play pool, and socialise.
Beyond our daily offerings, we are available for bookings for work functions, school balls, 21st birthday parties, quiz nights, and conferences. Our experienced team and expansive space can accommodate a wide range of events.
The Hunter Lounge also has a rich history as a legendary music venue, having hosted diverse acts from top local talent to major international stars. Additionally, our beautiful setting is ideal for weddings, perfect for hosting your reception or the entire celebration.
